Darcie Van Voorst

Darcie has been working in the social work field for the past 20 years in a variety of roles and is now focusing her efforts as a therapist after graduating with her master’s in social work from the University of Northern Iowa. Darcie has done extensive research on stress and trauma and her specialization in graduate school was in trauma-informed care. Darcie is passionate about helping people gain an understanding of why they are struggling and support them as they work through their hard experiences. Darcie believes that there is hope for every single person and considers it an honor to walk beside people on their journey of healing and restoration.
