Megan Birdsong

Megan has always had a heart for people! She found her passion in social work while in college and loved the opportunity it provided to focus on helping others, but it was in graduate school where she discovered a desire to be a therapist. Megan loves being able to walk alongside each person who comes through her door; to learn and understand their individual journeys, while working to support them in meeting their goals for self-improvement and overall mental health with the use of evidenced based practices. Megan has experience as an individual and family therapist, including time spent as an elementary and middle school counselor.
