Meet

Kelly Kroese

Kelly has always had a passion for people and what has shaped them into who they are. As a therapist, her goal is always to meet you where you are in your current stage of life. Therapy should be a safe space for you to come as you are and face whatever it is you may need to face as she seeks to walk alongside you in that journey. Kelly uses a systemic framework and loves the process of helping her clients to understand themselves better – their worth, strengths, needs, setbacks, patterns, and defenses. As a marriage and family therapist, Kelly enjoys helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges and strengthen their connections. She places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and operates from a collaborative, person-centered approach based on what your individual needs are. Kelly is also trained in emotionally focused therapy which she utilizes with her couples and families. No matter what brings you to therapy, it is a brave thing to seek help, and Kelly considers it a true gift to have you share your mind and your heart with her!
