Dr. Leah Mouw is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience and has dedicated her career to guiding individuals, couples, and families toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being. Leah has worked in various settings, including academic institutions, hospitals, adoption and foster care agencies, schools, crisis response, hospice care and private practice. Her dissertation focused on researching mental health crises in adolescents and young adults. With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, Leah offers practical tools for change, helping clients navigate through life transitions, manage anger, boost self-esteem, overcome depression and anxiety, address sex addiction, and explore career paths.
