Lexy Osterkamp

Lexy has experience in supporting individuals who have been impacted by trauma and violence, including survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. I feel that healing begins with a strong therapeutic alliance—one that is built on trust and safety. My goal is to offer a safe space where my clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. My passion is to advocate for others and help clients navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are wanting help setting healthy boundaries, managing emotions or to simply understand yourself better, I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to explore their needs, build insight, and foster resilience. I have also had the privilege of working with children and families and value working with clients of all ages and all stages of life. Together, we will work towards building the confidence and tools needed to support healing, growth, and improve your overall well-being.
