What is a therapy session like?

Your first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know you and work through an assessment to gather information about what is bringing you into therapy.  We feel it’s important to look holistically at a person so we ask about a number areas of life.  We will also address treatment goals during this first session.  After that, we meet you where you are and address the issues that brought you into therapy. Sessions are laid back and individualized.
