I had some trauma and shame from my childhood and past experiences that I never dealt with until I met Maggie. She recommended EMDR as a therapy to work through these issues still affecting my life as an adult. The therapy of EMDR changed my life and Maggie was so encouraging, supportive and my partner in healing along the way.
